We published a new information security page that sets out how we protect the point clouds, drawings, and photos you entrust to us.
We established an information security policy. The policy, enacted on Oct 26, 2026, has five parts: management responsibility, internal structure, employee commitment, compliance with laws and contracts, and response to violations and incidents.
The page also covers what we do in practice. It explains how we handle the data you entrust to us, from non-disclosure agreements to deletion or return after delivery. It also describes our measures on site and in house, including 24/7 monitoring by an AI agent, and what we do if an incident occurs.
