Our infrastructure case study is now live on the FARO website

The FARO INSIGHT division of AMETEK has published a case study on its website: “Improving Aging Infrastructure with Digital Reality Technology,” covering our joint work with SUZUTECH Co., Ltd.

The case study shows how 3D laser scanning and digital twins are put to work in the inspection and maintenance of aging public infrastructure. Established survey methods made it hard to capture existing conditions precisely and keep the work safe at the same time. FARO’s 3D scanning technology let us do both.

The case study is live on FARO’s global site in nine languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and German.
